Bevr is a chat-based AI assistant that handles the business side of your work — clients and contacts, projects and jobs, scheduling, invoicing, and the follow-up around all of it. Two things matter most: getting you paid for the work you did, and showing what each job made.

Payment reminders that chase your customers for you
Bevr emails the customer directly, from your business, as an invoice goes 7, 30, 60 and 90 days past due — and follows up a quote that has gone quiet. Anyone who has already paid is never chased. Both are on by default: you see the message first and can turn them off any time.
Settings → Automations shows the first reminder your customer gets. To stop either, switch it off there or ask Bevr. Reminders stop the moment a payment covers the invoice.

Log the hours and the materials and Bevr tells you the margin on the job: what you billed, minus what it really cost. Not your invoice against your quote, which only tells you whether you priced it right.
