About Bevr

Bevr is a chat-based AI assistant that handles the business side of your work — clients and contacts, projects and jobs, scheduling, invoicing, and the follow-up around all of it. Instead of learning yet another app, you tell Bevr what you need in plain language, it does the work, and it tells you what it did.

Because you can build your own skills, Bevr is not locked to one industry. Describe what you need to keep track of and Bevr drafts a skill for it — your own records, your own fields, and the views you want to work in, whether that is a table, a status board, or a calendar. You review the draft and adjust it before anything goes live. After that it behaves like the rest of Bevr: ask about it, add to it, and update it from chat.

That is what lets Bevr work across very different kinds of work. Field-service teams — plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, cleaners, landscapers — run customers, job schedules, and invoices. Technology, engineering, and architecture practices track milestones and deliverables, drawing and submittal logs, permits and approvals, site visits, change orders, and hours against a budget. Designers, artists, writers, and other independent professionals track clients and commissions, proposals, revision rounds, licensing, and getting paid. Studios, consultancies, and small agencies all run the same shape of work underneath — people, projects, time, and money — and Bevr fits that shape instead of one trade’s version of it.

Project management is a good example. Switch on the built-in Projects skill and you get projects tied to a client, with a status board, a calendar, budgets, and start and due dates. From there you add the parts specific to how you work — a punch list, a phase gate, a client approval log, an equipment register, a research backlog — and they sit next to your clients and invoices instead of in a separate tool.

Whatever the trade, the admin stacks up after the real work is done: the messages, the scheduling, the invoicing, the note you meant to write down. Bevr exists to carry that load. It also keeps your records portable — export your customers, jobs, and invoices to CSV whenever you want — so your data is always yours.
