About Bevr

Bevr is a chat-based AI assistant that handles the business side of your work — clients and contacts, projects and jobs, scheduling, invoicing, and the follow-up around all of it. Two things matter most: getting you paid for the work you did, and showing what each job made.

It suits a business that sells a piece of work, does it, and bills for it — a cabinet shop, an engineering consultancy, a landscaping crew, a design studio, a property maintenance firm, an independent surveyor. Underneath, they all run the same four things: people, projects, time and money. Bevr fits that shape instead of one trade’s version of it.

Ask Bevr to invoice a customer and it drafts the invoice. Tell it to send, and your customer gets an email with a secure link to pay by card or bank transfer, with no account and no login. Taking those payments needs a one-time Stripe setup on your side. Ask who owes you money and you get a real figure: every invoice, minus what has been paid, aged from current through 91+ days late. Bevr emails the customer directly, from your business, as an invoice goes 7, 30, 60 and 90 days past due, unless you turn payment reminders off. Reminders stop the moment a payment covers the invoice.

Bevr also shows you what each job made. Log the hours and the materials and it works out the margin on the job — what you billed, minus what it really cost — not your invoice against your quote, which only tells you whether you priced it right. Switch on the Projects skill and group work under a project, and Bevr ranks your whole book worst-first: how much is done, what is running late, what has been billed past budget.

You run all of it by asking. Type a sentence, or tap the mic and say it out loud. Bevr does the work, then tells you what it changed, in the conversation, as it happens. If you track something Bevr does not ship with, such as equipment, permits or warranty claims, describe it in chat and Bevr drafts a custom skill for you to review and approve before anything goes live.

Whatever you sell, the admin stacks up after the real work is done: the messages, the scheduling, the invoicing, the note you meant to write down. Bevr exists to carry that load. It also keeps your records portable — export your customers, jobs, and invoices to CSV whenever you want — so your data is always yours.
