Book a visit just by asking
Say who is going, where, and when, and the visit is on your calendar. When Bevr books something it can check your calendar for a clash first, using exact built-in logic rather than a guess.

Ask it like this
"Book Dan to see Maria on Tuesday at 10 for the boiler service."
Book, move, and cancel appointments through chat. When Bevr books something it can check your calendar for a clash first, using exact built-in logic rather than a guess.
"Remind Maria about tomorrow’s visit."
Bevr can remind the customer about a booked visit, once, the day before.
"Tell Maria I’m on my way, about 20 minutes out."
Bevr sends one short message by the quickest channel it is allowed, with an arrival estimate if you give one.

A visit booked in chat, on the calendar with the person who is going.
Reminders and “on my way”
Reminders to customers are off until you turn them on, because not every business wants them. Once they are on, Bevr can remind the customer about a booked visit, once, the day before, by a text outside quiet hours of 9 pm to 8 am, otherwise an email.
When you are heading out, a teammate can tell a customer they are on the way. Bevr sends one short message by the quickest channel it is allowed: a text if the customer has a phone and can be texted and it is outside 9 pm to 8 am, otherwise an email, never both. It can carry an arrival estimate of 5 to 120 minutes, at most one per visit every 30 minutes, and it shows on the customer’s history.
Assigning the work
Put a name on a visit and the person knows it is theirs. Bevr tells the new person a job or visit is theirs, by email and a bell alert, once each time the assignment changes to someone other than you. See what is on today, this week, or assigned to a particular teammate.
Questions
How do I book a visit?
Say who is going, where, and when, in a message, and it lands on your calendar.
Can the customer get a reminder before a visit?
Yes, once you switch visit reminders on. They are off until you turn them on, and a reminder goes by text outside quiet hours of 9 pm to 8 am, otherwise an email.
What does "on my way" send?
One short message by text or email, never both, carrying an arrival estimate of 5 to 120 minutes if you give one, at most one per visit every 30 minutes.
What happens when I assign a visit to someone?
The person is told it is theirs by email and a bell alert. Nobody is told when you assign work to yourself.
