Bevr (a product of Kwixas LLC) is an assistant used by small field-service businesses (each, a “Business”). At a Business’s direction, Bevr sends service-related text messages to that Business’s own customers and handles their replies in a two-way conversation. This page describes the Bevr messaging program and how consent, help, and opt-out work.

Program description

Messages are transactional and conversational, not marketing. They include appointment and job confirmations, scheduling and status updates, invoice and payment reminders, and replies to questions a customer sends. A Business uses Bevr to communicate with customers it already serves.

How consent is collected

Each Business collects its own customers’ consent to be contacted by text. A customer provides their mobile number and agrees to receive service-related texts when they request service, book an appointment, or share their contact information — in person, by phone, or on the Business’s intake or website form. Consent is never a condition of any purchase. Bevr sends messages only on a Business’s behalf and does not buy, rent, or share phone numbers.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with the Business — for example, when you book, reschedule, or a job’s status changes.

Cost

Bevr does not charge you to receive messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Get help or opt out

  • HELP — reply HELP to any message, or contact us at info@kwixas.com or +1 (208) 794-8003, for help with the messaging program.
  • STOP — reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in (for example, by replying START).

Sample messages

  • “Bevr (for Acme Plumbing): Your appointment is confirmed for Tue 8/12, 9–11am. Reply C to confirm or R to reschedule. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
  • “Bevr (for Acme Plumbing): Invoice #1043 for $240 is ready: {link}. Reply with any questions. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Your privacy

We do not sell your personal information, and no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and message content are used only to operate the messaging service on the Business’s behalf.
