Questions
What is an SMS segment?
A segment is up to 160 characters of a text message (fewer if the message uses certain symbols or emoji). Longer messages are sent as more than one segment. Your plan includes 1,000 segments each month.
What is an AI action, and what happens if I run out?
An AI action is one request you make of the assistant — asking what you are owed, creating a job, drafting an invoice. Solo includes 1,000 each month and Team includes 3,000. Bevr tells you when you have used 80% of them and again on your last one, so you are never surprised. If you do run out, your data stays fully available to view, search and export, and the allowance resets when your next billing period starts. Most businesses use a small fraction of it; if you are regularly near the limit, tell us and we will sort out a bigger plan.
Can I use Bevr with my accountant?
Two ways. On any plan the export includes files shaped for QuickBooks Online and Xero, the payments to apply against those invoices, and aged receivables reports — so your books end up matching reality rather than overstating what you are owed. On the Team plan you can also invite your accountant as a read-only Viewer, so they see what they need without being able to change anything — a Viewer uses one of your seats.
Does Bevr track what my customers owe me?
Yes. Ask what is outstanding and Bevr gives you a calculated figure: every invoice, minus anything already paid, with drafts and settled invoices excluded, aged from current through 91+ days past due and broken down by customer. It emails you when a payment arrives, and the same numbers appear in your export for your accountant.
Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. You give us an email, a password and your business name, and the trial starts. We do not ask for a card, we do not store one, and there is nothing to cancel — when the 14 days are up, Bevr simply pauses until you decide to subscribe.
What happens after the free trial?
After your 14-day trial, the Solo plan is $99 per month, and you are only charged once you choose to subscribe — nothing happens automatically. Until then, editing and AI actions pause, and your data stays available to view, search and export. Billing is handled securely through Stripe.
Can I cancel and take my data with me?
Yes. You can cancel at any time, and you can export your customers, jobs, and invoices to CSV whenever you want. Your data stays yours.
Do you support teams?
Yes. The Team plan is $99 per user each month (3-user minimum) and adds multiple users, shared skills, and role-based access. Start a free trial and upgrade to Team from inside the app; add seats as your crew grows, and manage your subscription through Stripe.
