Questions
What is an SMS segment?
A segment is up to 160 characters of a text message (fewer if the message uses certain symbols or emoji). Longer messages are sent as more than one segment. Your plan includes 1,000 segments each month.
Can I use Bevr with my accountant?
Yes. You can export your customers, jobs, and invoices to CSV any time, and invite your accountant as a read-only viewer so they see what they need without changing anything.
What happens after the free trial?
After your 14-day trial, the Solo plan is $99 per month. Billing is handled securely through Stripe.
Can I cancel and take my data with me?
Yes. You can cancel at any time, and you can export your customers, jobs, and invoices to CSV whenever you want. Your data stays yours.
Do you support teams?
Yes. The Team plan is $99 per user each month (3-user minimum) and adds multiple users, shared skills, and role-based access. Start a free trial and upgrade to Team from inside the app; add or remove seats any time.
