Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Bevr (the “Service”), provided by Kwixas LLC (“Kwixas LLC,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Bevr is a chat-based assistant that helps field-service businesses manage customers, scheduling, messaging, and invoicing.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Subscription, trial, and billing

The Solo plan is $99 per month and starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin the trial, and the trial never converts into a paid subscription on its own. When the 14 days end, editing and AI actions pause until you choose to subscribe; your data remains available to view, search, and export. You are charged only after you deliberately start a subscription, and payments are then processed securely through Stripe. Once subscribed, your subscription renews monthly until you cancel; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds and cancellation

The 14-day free trial lets you evaluate Bevr before you are charged, and requires no payment method — there is nothing to cancel to avoid a charge. If you later subscribe, you can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues through the end of the current billing period. Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun, except where required by law or at our discretion — for example, a duplicate charge or a billing error. If you think you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 30 days and we’ll investigate and make it right.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to use it to send spam or unlawful content. When you use the Service to message your customers, you are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations, including those governing SMS and email marketing, and for obtaining any consent required to contact your customers and honoring their opt-out requests.

Third-party integrations

The Service uses third-party products such as Stripe for payment processing. Your use of those products is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

Your data and ownership

You retain ownership of the data you put into the Service. You grant us the permissions needed to host and process that data to provide the Service. You can export your data to CSV at any time.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software and content we provide, is owned by Kwixas LLC and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property rights to you.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kwixas LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if needed to protect the Service or its users.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Kwixas LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
