  • Business data you enter into the Service, including your customers, jobs, schedules, and invoices.
  • Payment information processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
  • Integration data from third-party services you choose to connect, used to keep your records in sync.
  • Usage information such as log data and device information, used to operate and improve the Service.

How we use information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • To send messages to your customers at your direction, by SMS and email.
  • To process billing and manage your subscription.
  • To provide support and respond to your requests.
  • To keep the Service secure and to meet legal obligations.

Messaging (SMS and email)

The Service sends SMS and email messages to your customers on your behalf and at your direction. You are responsible for having the appropriate consent to contact your customers. Recipients can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and can reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. We do not sell customer phone numbers or message content.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the Service: with service providers that help us operate it (for example, cloud hosting, SMS and email delivery, and payment processing), with integrations you choose to connect, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention and export

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You can export your customers, jobs, and invoices to CSV at any time. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may access, update, or request deletion of your information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy
