Quote a job just by asking
Describe the work and the price in a message, and you have a quote ready to send. Bevr runs the whole quote cycle, from the first draft to a customer’s decision and the deposit that turns it into booked work.

Ask it like this
"Quote Maria for a new boiler: supply and fit 2,400, old unit removal 180, two-year labor warranty."
Bevr runs the whole quote cycle. It drafts the quote from your lines for you to send.
"Send it to Maria with our standard terms."
Your contract terms ride along, and the customer agrees to them when they accept.
"Turn Maria’s accepted quote into a deposit invoice and book the work."
Accepted quotes can raise a deposit invoice and turn line items into scheduled work.

Every quote you send lands on the customer’s record, with how they answered it.
Sections, parts and deposits
A quote can have sections and optional parts, so a customer can see the base job and choose the extras. Customers accept or decline on their phone, from a link, and you get an email the moment a customer accepts or declines a quote. When they accept, it shows the amount.
Send a quote with contract terms attached, and the customer agrees to exactly those terms when they accept it. The rest flows from there: an accepted quote’s deposit and its scheduled work are covered under the prompts above.
When a quote goes quiet
A quote nobody answers is not a lost quote until you give up on it. Quote follow-ups are on by default; ask Bevr to turn them off. The nudge goes out from your business so the reply comes back to you.
Questions
How does a customer accept a quote?
They open a web page from the link you send, with no login and no PDF to sign, and tap accept or decline. You find out either way the moment they decide.
Can I put my contract terms on a quote?
Yes. Choose a contract from your library before you send, or leave it off when the job does not need one.
What happens when an accepted quote has a deposit?
The deposit invoice goes out and the line items become scheduled work, in one step.
What happens to a quote the customer has not answered?
Bevr nudges a quote that has gone quiet, once, from your business so the reply comes back to you. Follow-ups are on by default and you can turn them off.
Where do I see what my quotes are worth?
The pipeline on your home screen adds up the quotes waiting on a decision and what is about to expire.
