Roles and what each can see
Invite teammates and manage roles in-app. Role-based access (Owner, Admin, Manager, Member, Viewer) decides what each person can see and do. Invite your accountant or bookkeeper free, on any plan — a read-only Viewer does not use a seat.
Assigning and tracking the work
Put a name on a visit and Bevr tells the new person a job or visit is theirs, by email and a bell alert, once each time the assignment changes to someone other than you. See what is on today, this week, or assigned to a particular teammate. A workload board showing who is carrying what, and what nobody has picked up.
Time tracking that feeds the margin: log hours against a job, with a cost rate per hour. Owners and admins can see the payments each person on the team recorded, by method, for any period they choose.
Crews and the day board
Crews comes with Small Business, Enterprise and the free trial. It starts switched off, and an owner or admin turns it on in Settings → Modules. Add field workers, who are paid and go out with a crew but have no login, take no seat and need no invite. The lead presses Start day, then Arrive, Done or Skip at each stop, and it still works out of range, sending what you tapped when the phone is back online.
See a day as one column per crew, with an unassigned queue. Move a stop to another crew by dragging it or with a button, and each crew header warns in words when its day runs over its hours. Press Done at a stop and everyone on the crew that day gets their hours for it, and End day adds their travel time.

How do I control what my team can see?
By role: Owner, Admin, Manager, Member or Viewer. You invite teammates and set their role in-app.
Can my bookkeeper have access without paying for a seat?
Yes. Invite your accountant or bookkeeper free, on any plan; a read-only Viewer does not use a seat.
Can I track hours for payroll and job costs?

What are crews, and which plans have them?
